Trauma Informed Coaching

A Safe, Supportive Space for Self-Discovery

If you feel stuck, lost, unseen, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself, let me remind you: you are none of those things.
You are not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. You already hold the strength to write the next chapter of your story, in your own time and on your own terms.

Growth doesn’t happen on someone else’s timeline, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At Rebuild & Rise, my trauma-informed coaching and peer support create a safe, compassionate space for you to reconnect with yourself, rebuild your confidence, and move forward with clarity, one intentional step at a time.

Here, your nervous system sets the pace, not pressure to “push through” or fake positivity.
Your fears don’t disqualify you. Your slower pace isn’t wrong. Showing up for yourself is already a powerful choice.

Many of us have been through experiences that left us feeling silenced, powerless, or disconnected.
Here, we work together to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more like yourself again, with your freedom, voice, and choices intact.

How Trauma-Informed Coaching & Peer Support Help

  • Recognize and shift patterns that no longer feel aligned

  • Clarify your values and make choices that reflect them

  • Build confidence and resilience in everyday life

  • Strengthen self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Reflect on how past experiences shape your present, in a supportive, non-clinical way

  • Explore what’s next for you and create actionable, realistic steps

  • Receive encouragement, reflection, and accountability when you need it most

This Space Is for You If:

  • You’re a survivor of hard or traumatic experiences and want to feel more like yourself again

  • You feel stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, avoiding, or shutting down

  • You’re building or rebuilding a life or business while navigating nervous system overwhelm

  • Or you simply want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more at home in your skin

If you’ve ever been told to “just get over it” or “push through,” you already know how unhelpful that can feel.
This is different.

Here, your story is honored. Your pace is respected. And you have someone walking beside you as you take each next step.

What Trauma-Informed Coaching Looks Like

Your story, your body, and your nervous system all carry wisdom. Together, we create a space where you feel supported, seen, and safe enough to take meaningful, sustainable steps forward — in a way that feels true to you.

This is about:
Listening to and honoring your body, instead of pushing past it
Defining success on your own terms
Building habits and tools that actually fit your real, everyday life

This is not about:
“Fixing” you - because you are not broken
Rushing you toward goals you’re not ready for
Pretending mindset alone can solve everything

What We Can Work on Together

Rebuilding confidence & self-worth
Reconnect with your strengths, notice your progress, and remember your worth — just as you are today.

Setting and holding boundaries without guilt
Learn to say no, ask for what you need, and stand in your truth with clarity and confidence.

Shifting survival patterns
Recognize and begin to change habits like people-pleasing, avoidance, or self-sabotage into choices that feel better for you.

Supporting your nervous system through simple somatic practices
Practice gentle techniques to help you move from fight, flight, or freeze into more calm and presence.

Feeling safe to take up space and pursue what matters to you
Grow your voice and visibility from a place of inner safety, not external pressure.

Why Work With Me?

As a trauma survivor and trauma-informed coach, I understand how isolating and overwhelming this journey can feel. I know what it’s like to try to figure it out alone, feeling unseen and unsure where to start.

My role isn’t to tell you how you “should” feel or how fast you “should” move. It’s to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and steady support, while always honoring your story, your pace, and your truth.

I don’t see you as someone who needs to be fixed.
I see you as someone already brave enough to keep going.
You don’t need someone to “save” you, you need someone who sees your strength and helps you step into it.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or even just explore what’s possible, let’s talk.
